Stability Fixes. Added a Bandwidth Monitor and Clock.

Stability fixes: Quite a few.

Bandwidth monitor: I use it to make sure nothing is downloading or uploading when it's not supposed to. But, you can also use it to diagnose other issues. Either way, it's handy to know when and how much your connection is using. It does not give absolute bandwidth because it has no way of knowing how much bandwidth you have unless you do a speed test. So it is only relative. It has an auto-scaling option that will reset the scale to zero if it gets no throughput after 10 polls. It also finds your networking adapters and polls them to find out which one has bandwidth. It then selects that adapter in the drop-down combobox, which makes it the active adapter. You can select a different adapter at any time from the drop-down list of adapters.

Clock: I just threw it in there cause I removed the clickthrough panel till I get it fixed.

Removed clickthrough panel: Too buggy at the moment. The clickthrough panel was added because FloDee is a program that lets users manipulate windows on the desktop. Transparency and the ability to clickthrough another window are things that the windows can do. It does not matter if you ever use those technologies or not, they are things that you can do with a window on the desktop, so they will be included. Removed the startup nag: You WILL need to delete the FloDee folder to run this update. However, if you backup your 'user set' before you delete the folder, you can at least get those back.

C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\FloDee

FloDee is still in alpha.
