More Bug Fixes. Added Clickthrough Transparency.

More bug fixes, added tray icon with some recovery options, and added clickthrough features.

Middle click on the FloDee Icon. While holding the ALT key, go to the task panel icons and click ...

  Left click: Toggles window stay on top.

  Right click: Toggles window transparent.

  Middle click: Toggles window transparent and clickthrough.

  Mouse scroll: Fades window transparency in and out.

 (You don't have to middle click on the FloDee icon. You can click anywhere on FloDee. The click is to give it focus.  When you click on an ion in the task panel, it immediately give focus  to the window you want to work on. You have to click on FloDee somewhere to get focus back. I'm working on a one-click method.)

Added a prompt to delete the FloDee folder for updates like this one. You will lose all your settings.  The conversion code to convert old layout files to new ones automatically will be added within a couple updates.
